From Creators:

• Display name
• Username
• Password (hashed)
• Profile picture (subject to content rules)
• Public wallet address (TRX)

From Supporters:

• Name entered at the time of donation
• Message entered at the time of donation (optional)
• Donation amount in TRX and USD
• “Coffee” quantity of the donation

From All Users (automatically):

• IP address
• Cookies (for session management and security)

From hCaptcha:

• Information collected by hCaptcha to verify you are human (see the hCaptcha Privacy Policy and Terms of Service)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and verify the donation process
• Display supporter name, message, and donation amount publicly (if applicable)
• Maintain platform security and prevent misuse
• Communicate with users when necessary
• Protect the platform from bots and abuse using hCaptcha

4. Data Storage

Your information is stored on secure servers. We regularly review our security practices to ensure the safety of your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we encourage users to take precautions to protect their personal information.

5. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers (e.g., hosting providers, analytics services) solely to operate Coffeez.

6. Wallet Information

We store only the public key of your TRX wallet. The private key is shown to you only once. You are solely responsible for storing and protecting your private key.

We use cookies for session management and security. Basic analytics may also be collected if implemented.

We use hCaptcha to protect our platform from bots and abuse. By using Coffeez, you also agree to the hCaptcha Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
